The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a two storey building, and you will need to climb the steps up as the access is through a white marble staircase. It is very bright and fresh. Two double bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioner, built in wardrobes, a fan and a TV. One double bedroom has twin beds, air conditioner, a wardrobe, a fan and a TV. They can be locked with their own keys. The terrace is perfect to take the sun during the day and to sit down and enjoy the fresh air of Havana evenings. The flat is fully furnished and it has a fridge freezer, a gas freestanding cooker, a washing machine, an iron and a stereo with connection to iPod and Bluetooth. The property is superbly located in Vedado, one of the most modern and better connected neighbourhoods in Havana, Cuba. It is in a perfect location to visit the city, walking distance to the sea and perfect to enjoy the night life of Havana. The property is located beside 23rd Avenue, one of the most important streets of Havana with direct links with all parts of the city, walking distance of the Malecón, a beautiful and famous avenue which borders the sea. The property is only a 15 min drive to the sandy beach Santa Maria del Mar in the east of Havana and to Marina Hemingway in the west of the city. The Havana Golf Club is only 10 min drive from the apartment. The property is walking distance of the University of Havana and the Revolution Square. There are many hotels, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, cafeterias, theatres and cinemas walking distance from the property. The surroundings are very green with many big trees in the paths, many parks and wide avenues.
