Everyone can enjoy the resort's swimming pool, hot tub, marina and private beach. In addition, there are tennis courts, mini-golf, childrens playground and covered outdoor picnic and BBQ areas. The cottage is equipped with 2+1 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. The surrounding areas offer parks, golf, boating, wineries and shopping within 1 - 2 hours drive. The cottage has a views of Okanagan Lake and mountains.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1,490 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 900 CAD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1,490 CAD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 189.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 19.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 2 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Hot Tub Service & Fee
Hot tub heating is included in the rent. Hot tub operates during the warm months only.
