Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 15 percent of the rent is due immediately.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 2 days during a stay.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Parking

Parking is free.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 95.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Third party transfer services are available.

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)
