This is a three bedroom three bath apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. A great space all around and just 10 minutes to everything, 5 minutes to the airport and all shopping. View of the golf course from the pool deck. Once you are here you can relax by the pool or go for a walk around the area. This villa is in a family setting and has a day care on the property for those who bring little ones with them. One of Montego Bay's number one casinos is only 3 minutes away. There are several international restaurants in the area from Jamaican, Italian to Chinese to Indian Cuisine all just waiting for you. Remember if you want to go to the beach you have to drive all the beaches are about 10 minute away by car. This is a budget property. Car service is available day or night. This villa is located in Iron Shore, one of the well sort after areas in Montego Bay. There are many restaurants in the area and one of the best supermarkets in Montego Bay just 3 minutes from the villa. There is also one of the best fish docks 5 minute away but if you want the fresh catch of the day you will have to get there early. Also almost any water sport you will want to do are close by in either direction. READ ON: The Villa is a ten minute drive to the ocean and within walking distance to a large shopping complex (with grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, souvenir shops, and two top casinos). High speed WIFI and Cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Large pool right at your door. A very safe community in a upscale area of Montego Bay. We will furnish detailed information on the area, getting around, and having fun in Montego Bay. We have the contact information for reliable and genial drivers who can take you around and will not overcharge you. For those who want to drive themselves there is a rental car available. Nearby (all within 5 minute drive): Dive SeaWorld PADI dive shop Coyaba Beach Resort - for a small fee you can use the beach and on Friday nights they have live music and drink specials Scotchies: The ONLY place in Montego Bay to have jerk pork - chicken - sausage - ribs or fish. Ask anyone in Montego Bay. And make sure to try the breadfruit and - or festival (traditional Jamaican staples). Angela's Italian Restaurant in the Whitter Village - the best Italian food in Montego Bay, Memorabilia a little dive on the beach with cheap drinks, reggae music, and chill vibes, Mystic India Restaurant in the Whitter Village - great Indian food. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
