At night enjoy the ambience of the pool lights and the large brick barbecue. Entertain at the large dining room table and and the long hardwood bar. Shorts and a T-shirt day and night. Or dress up a little and go to town for casual dining and small town night life. Relaxed and casual is the fashion. Forget your rain gear. This area has an average of only 6 days of rain each year and 300 days of sunshine. The weather in this area of Northern Peru is dry and tropical. In summer (from December to April) daytime temperatures can reach over 30°C. During autumn (April and May) and spring (October and November) it is a pleasant 24°C to 30°C. In winter (June to September) the days are also sunny and warm (24 - 28°) and nights are fresh (17 -20°) so you might need a light jacket in the evening. There is a limited amount of English spoken in this area of Peru. A basic knowledge of Spanish would be an asset. Feel free to speak to the owners for more information.

Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer, Cash Payments can be made through either our Canadian or Peruvian contacts.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 10.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service. Daily maid service can be arranged on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200.00 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees
Taxi service is available at all three airports that serve this area. Rates are generally posted in the airports (use the fee to Los Organos) and the fee in Peruvian Soles or American Dollars should be confirmed with the driver before using his services.
Linen
Cooking and/or food preparation and dishwashing can be provided for US$20 per day. This would include preparation of breakfast and lunch as well as food prep to allow occupants to cook their own dinner. Occupants are responsible for providing their own food.
