Our villa, perfect for 2 - 5 people in the center of Rhodes, in the maze of countless charming streets and close to the synagogue and the commercial harbour. You can pass through the courtyard to the terrace and enter the open-plan living and kitchen area, or enter the kitchen directly from the garden . the colorful design of the rooms appeal to the senses and make you never want to leave. The ground floor has a bathroom(access from the garden ) and the living area with 2 italian design sofa and a fireplace,TV,sat,phone etc. The dining table seats 6 people(outdoor) and the kitchen has all modern appliances (coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster,washing machine). steps go up to the two bedrooms(air conditioning) with double beds,wardrobes and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The house has fly screens fitted in the bedrooms . we also have a wireless internet connection. On the terrace, guests can enjoy their meals or grilling and the large garden (shared with another villa - but fenced ) For the winter period we offer central heating throughout the villa .

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 56 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300.00 EUR cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. The deposit isn't refundable unless the property is re-rented
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Any Pet A security deposit of 150.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
