Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 USD is due 10 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. PayPal is used for damage deposit and it may be paid with a credit card

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Payment Methods

PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Payments by credit card are through PayPal. Any Transaction fees are charged to the guest.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only. Absolutely no smoking in the unit.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Internet Service & Fee

A public wireless system is available throught the complex

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. A magic Jack is available for internet calls only. No local phone service is provided so you may want to make arrangements with your cell phone carrier to use your cell phone for local calls.

Cancellation Policy

Payments already made at time of deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation (except any damage deposit recevied, which will be refunded immediately), unless,and only to the exent the unit is rerented. Every effort will be made to rerent and if it can be done a refund will be made.

Air Conditioning & Fees

Available, but please use responsibly as it is expensive.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum party of 6 without prior arrangements.
