Beautiful End Unit Town home across from Mount Morrisey

Great stay, everything was seamless. Unit was well stocked with games, movies, kitchen supplies, etc. Very clean and had comfortable beds. Lots of space, all bedrooms are upstairs with the exception of one bunk room, which is in the basement two floors away. It was ski in - out but a little out of the way from many runs and the village.

Clean, bright, and cosy. Tastefully decorated. Good location, easy walk to ski hill and easier ski-in. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with shampoo, soap and blow dryers. Clean well maintained hot tub and great drying racks for ski gear in the garage. Comfortable beds. Just bring your skis and favourite friends and meals.

Myself, my wife, and a group of 6 friends stayed in this property in the Woodhaven area of Sun Peaks. It's ideally located close to both the Morrisey Express and New Orient chairs, giving quick and easy access to all of this lovely resort. The free shuttle bus also stops just at the back of property if you prefer not to take the 10 minute walk to these chairs and you wanted to go directly to the Village Centre. Overall I'd say that the photos don't really show just how lovely, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped this property is. The ground floor living areas are more than capable of accommodating 8-10 people. It has a very comfortable, large sofa and also a very large dining table. Huge 'smart' TV gives access to loads of channels including Netflix and we were even able to link our tablet to it so we could play our own movies [if you have a Samsung device that is]. The bedrooms are spacious, most having large wardrobes with plenty of hangers provided. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and there was an ensuite bathroom with heated, tiled floor and a large walk-in shower cubicle. The other bedrooms offer similar, if slightly smaller spaces but also worked well for our group of 6 adults. They had access to similar sized and 'spec'd bathrooms, albeit they were shared. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge - freezer, full range hob and oven as well as a large microwave. We made full use of these during our stay as well as the kettle and toaster. The cupboards were also well stocked with other gadgets, such as a blender, electric whisk and sandwich toaster, which we didn't need but it was a surprise to find them there. There was also a coffee making machine and many, many options of pots and pans as well as glasses and cups. One massive selling point for this property has to be the hot tub accessed from the basement level. This was well used during our stay and was very welcome to soothe aching limbs. It was checked daily whilst we were there and even had the water and chemicals changed once to keep it in top condition. The property also has a fully equipped laundry room which allowed us to keep on top of our washing during our stay and return home with 'mostly' clean clothes, a total surprise for a snowboarding holiday. On arrival the property was spotless, warm and inviting. Communication with the owner and their local manager was faultless and always pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend this property highly enough to anyone wanting a convenient and comfortable place to stay if exploring this beautiful part of British Columbia. If I had the money right now, I'd book it again to visit in the summer!

Two four-person families shared this condo during spring break. Great layout with lots of room for everyone. Owner has thought of everyone with ski setup in heated garage. Hooks to hang gloves to dry with warm air blowing into them, spots to hang coats, skis, poles, and boots and a bench for getting suited up for a day on the slopes. Short walk across the road where you can pop your skis on and head down to the lift. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and food wraps. Communication with owner and property manager was always easy with prompt responses. Looking forward to our return!

We had a great time at the Woodhaven condo. Good location easy to get to, and close to the village. It was great for our family get together.

We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The place was very nicely appointed with lots of little extras like condiments and board games which we really appreciated. The place was also well-kept and the heated garage was a nice touch for taking on and off our ski boots. The property manager was super helpful and responsive. The owner was also super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our group. Having separate bedrooms is a huge plus. The owner was easy to deal with and we had no issues with the rental process or our stay.

We have rented this unit numerous times with no issues. Unit is properly maintained and renting is always worry free. See you next year.

Our party of 8 spent a very enjoyable (Canadian) Thanksgiving together at Sun Peaks. The experience was wonderful. The place is gorgeous. The furnishings and amenities were comfortable, complete and in excellent shape. Lots of room for everyone. The photos and description posted by the owner are factual. I highly recommend this unit. The walk to the village is a leisurely 15 minutes. This is our third booking through OwnerDirect.com We love it! :)
