Located on the 1st floor with access from Via Toda, the spacious and airy apartment is composed of a living area with fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one double bed and two singles), bathroom with separate washbasin, shower and amenities and washing machine, 3 terraces of which two with sea view and one fully furnished with table, chairs, outdoor lounge and awnings for more privacy. A shopping trolley is at your disposal to reach on foot the nearest supermarkets, grocery store, and butcher. Facilities such as fridge, oven, microwave oven, induction top, electric lavazza espresso machine, kettle, toaster and all basic kitchen ware are to be found in the bright kitchenette. The air-con system is located only in the living area and is included. The area has little traffic and is surrounded by a footpath of trees and plants, open spaces and very convenient free parking available in nearby Piazzetta Cao giving you the opportunity of leaving your car behind and walking to the center of town, a short 15/20 minute stroll away. This apartment is in a 3-storey building completely refurbished in 2016 (both inside and out) owned by one family who lives in the building with their respective families. Being on site is a real benefit and bonus for our guests: looking after the common spaces and garden is a personal and absolute priority, but more importantly there is always someone of the family available for information or special needs or requests.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 7 pm.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 8 days during a stay.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.

When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
