Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

PayPal, Bank transfer, Cash...( Paypal, 10% surcharge).

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 300,00 EUR

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 15:00 PM Check OUT: 09:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after . Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Check-in is not possible after mid-night.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Small Pets are allowed. Fee of 60.00 EUR Charged Per pet.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. Fee of 30.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 2 occupants). A guest must request this optional service.
