Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
