Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, a future credit of 100 percent will apply.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.
