Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 000.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbors.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 495.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)

One-time fee of 99.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Parking

Parking is free.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 150.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel anytime up to 61 days prior to arrival payments will be refunded minus 25% plus the 89.00 booking fee. Less than 60 days prior there will be no refund. Dates can be rescheduled based to availability. Third party travel insurance is recommended.
