The home has two separate living areas. The main entranceway opens to a sitting room offering peaceful views of the waterway and direct access to the sun deck. This area offers a relaxing atmosphere and “quiet” area away from the main family room.

Next to the sitting room is an attractive dining area with stylish modern furnishings, ideal for casual dining or for that special romantic celebration. The main family room offers a second spacious living area with ample seating for six and a large wide screen TV. Guests will appreciate the spacious kitchen with many amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure, A walk-in utility room has family washer and dryer.

Master Bedroom: Master bedroom suite features king-size bed with dresser and twin closets, overhead ceiling fans and TV. Sliding doors have direct access to the pool & sundeck with views across the waterway

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 225.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
