The position is panoramic as the house lies on a hill-top overlooking the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by nature, mainly olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Most guests especially appreciated the fact of feeling at home, as all furnishings have been carefully chosen and selected, from the colorful fabrics to the ancient furnishings, the fully equipped kitchen is also ideal for those who love cooking. The home is also strategically located, some 20 minutes from Pisa's international airport, less than 30 minutes from the seaside, Tuscan art cities such Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Florence, Siena are also easily reachable by car. Many sport activities can also be enjoyed nearby. I am happy to provide my guests will local tips and share my contacts for quality food and local products.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. One well behaved pet is sometimes allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 50.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
