As a starter supply, you will find 1 Roll Paper Towel, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish Detergent, Trash Bags in all trashes, 1 new toilet paper roll in each bathroom, Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in all full bathrooms. The house is self-catering. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. If you want a welcome package, please call us. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 31 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD per week booked.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 210.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.
