Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
