For the most convenient and secure transportation, renting a car is highly recommended. If needed, we can make arrangements for a car to be available at the property. Please note that renting motorbikes is not advised due to safety and insurance concerns. Exceptions may be made only for those with extensive motorbike experience and familiarity with Thai roads. Should you prefer, we can arrange a private car with a personal driver for an additional cost. Additionally, a private taxi service is always on call and can reach the villa within approximately 15 minutes. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment. Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the local rate. This is common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. Water, however, is included in your stay. Safety: For your safety, the villa is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and safety deposit box for your valuables. We also provide emergency contact numbers for your peace of mind.
