It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people – a double bedroom, two small single bedrooms and shower room. It has a garden, with private parking, looking towards the front of the property and the vines. It also has two terraces one at the front overlooking the vines and one at the rear of the Gite looking towards the pool. It is ideal for longer-term lets, for a couple or small family working temporarily in the area, as it has its own independent entrance directly from the private parking area. It is fully insulated, with radiators in each room, making it very cosy in winter. Please contact us directly for longer-term let - out of season prices. In total 65 Square Metres (approx 700 square feet).

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 25 or more days prior to arrival, percent of all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 75.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort
