Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 5 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

The quiet time is from 12:00 AM To 09:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are no requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 3 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.
