Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 2 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
