This location is absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, with lots of great nearby attractions such as restaurants, parks, mini golf, and water sports. As a bonus, it is a short drive from the airports, the cities of Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater, and the Busch Gardens Amusement Park and Water Park, as well as only 2 hours away from Orlando and its Disney, Universal Studios, and other parks. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation 60 - 30 days prior to arrival, owner will refund 50% of payment. No refunds for cancellation within 30 days of arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit
