Welcome to the Anchors Away Cottage! Come stay in this spacious 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 10 guests, only a 10 minute walk to the beach! This unbeatable location comes with three parking spots! You will love this fun seaside themed retreat in the heart of Old Orchard Beach complete with all of the amenities you need to make a great vacation. The unit is completely private Need a work from home area? We’ve got it! Want a large enclosed porch to eat your freshly cooked lobster? We’ve got it! ****Sleeping Arrangement**** Bedroom 1- twin bed Bedroom 2- queen bed Bedroom 3- queen bed Living room- 1 person can sleep on the couch, and the chair pulls out into a twin bed Porch- has 2 futons that convert into full size beds (these are available to sleep on starting in late may because the porch is not heated but does have fans in the summer months). This is a very walkable location! Located half a mile to the beach, downtown Old Orchard Beach, The Pier, convenient stores, restaurants, nightlife and Palace Playland amusement park. -Quick 20 minute drive to downtown Portland. -4 minute drive to DuneGrass Golf course -10 minute drive to Pine Point -30 minute drive to Cape Elizabeth This unit offers many amenities including: - Egyptian cotton towels - Make-up towels - Work from home area - Access your favorite steaming services from the 50 inch smart TV in the living room - Guidebook with fun activity suggestions - Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots/pans, basic cookware - All red themed cookware - Cooking spices - Wine glasses - Lobster pot - Cozy anchor themed bedding - Drip coffee maker and keurig coffee maker, coffee and kcups - 3 free onsite parking spaces (4 additional spaces can be purchased if needed, in the same lot) - Games and children’s books - Pack and play - High speed internet - Hair dryer - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap - Multiple pillows for each bed - Iron/ ironing board This home is the bottom unit (unit 1) of a two unit house. The unit is completely private, it has a completely separate entrance as well as its own parking area, there are no shared common areas. The house comfortably sleeps 8-9 adults but we will allow up to 10 guests, there is also a pack and play included. -We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available. -We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for. **Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Guests will be charged for any damage done to the property.* **This property is baby friendly however it is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.’ **Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October** **You will be able to reach the owner, Taja at any time. **Guests must be 21 to book.
