The space Has a fully equipped kitchen, High Speed Internet Wifi and Cat 5 connections, 5 TV's throughout the house, back patio with gas BBQ and fire Pit, gas heater, laundry room, private Golf Cart, 2 car garage and much more. Indian Palms CC complex has numerous courts, pools, hot tubs, spas, fitness centre and a 27 hole golf course, on site. Enjoy the backyard open area, sunsets and mountain views. Additional cleaning - housekeeping services and or a private Chef can be arranged by contacting the Property Manager, Ian, to enhance your stay. And there is a complete 'Guest Welcome Booklet' located in Kitchen, with detailed information on the home, its amenities, the IPCC complex and facilities, as well as recommended restaurants, over 30+ golf courses and many shopping malls that are all near by. Look for it. Guest access You will have all of the amenities and features listing in the house, with pools, hot tub, courts, gym, restaurant & bar, as common areas with other Indian Palms CC guests. Guest interaction We do manage our property remotely, and are always available by phone, text or email, to answer all of your questions. We have a variety of crews available locally to take care of and look after anything promptly that may come up, during your stay. Other things to note You will have more amenities available to and around you than you'll be able to utilize. The Neighbourhood And we are located just across the street from one of the Main entrances to the Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festival grounds. Getting around A car is recommended to get around town. To get around within the Indian Palms Country Club complex, you will have your own electric golf cart. Come. Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Stripe

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 2 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1500 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 2,500.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets Do you have a dog allergy? Dogs have stayed at the property. A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. Pets must not be left unattended. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
