Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 5 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Venmo, Zelle

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 65.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
