Yet, we have farmland across from us with vineyards, market gardens even some chickens, cows and horses - a little bit of country in the city! * Easy access to highways if you are heading to the mountains. * We are set up with young families in mind. We have a complete package if you are traveling with infants - including a full size crib, high chair, change table, stroller and even toys and books. * Special add-on packages available to make your vacation super easy. We can stock the pantry before your arrival, arrange wine tours, rentals and more. * Free parking & private patio area with BBQ. Self check-in with private coded entrance. * Centrally located it is about a 10 min drive to either the airport or downtown. Cab service has a pretty quick response rate. City transit is not easily accessed from this location, and while a nice neighborhood to go for a walk in there are no bars or shopping within easy walking distance. * Both Big White and Silver Star are about a 1 hour drive from the suite.

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 25 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 06:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
