The main floor features an open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living - sitting room. The main floor also features a full bathroom. The lower level of this property features a pool table and family room with flat screen television and DVD player. A 2nd full bathroom is found on this floor. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and half bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level. The 3rd bedroom has queen bed and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. The west facing deck off the living area on the main floor and features a private BBQ. The large backyard, which is perfect for kids to play in, backs onto The Ridge Golf Course. This property does not have an internet connection. Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
One-time fee of 80.75 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, property or date change requests may be accommodated one time, subject to availability. A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged from the original dates if made within 60 days of arrival. No changes may be made less than 7 days of the arrival date.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM The first warning comes with a $250 fee. If the first warning is not adhered too there will be an immediate eviction without refund.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cleaning on Departure
Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent Guests are expected to take out their own garbage, start their dishwasher with any dirty dishes and clean the BBQ prior to departure. They are also expected to lock all the doors and windows prior to leaving. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition extra cleaning fee will be applied to the renter's damage deposit at the charge of $30+tax/hour.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 Adults.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. With 60 or more days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from deposit paid. • Balance refunded by cheque within 30 days of request.Less than 60 days notice prior to arrival (75 days for reservations from Christmas and New Years weeks) • 20% cancellation fee based on total room charge cost (plus tax) deducted from total paid. • You will be refunded only the number of days we are able to rebook from your original booking dates
