Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 28 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 250 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 28 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 25.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 90.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
