Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 80 percent of all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 6,00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 100.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are no requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
