The space: The perfect location of this unit is equally close to both swimming pools & just across the road to Archibald park beach. Winn Dixie Supermarket, brand new CVS drugstore, U.S. Post Office, Library and plenty of restaurants are in easy walking distance. Condo includes many appliances (including a Keurig), utensils, and linens. We also have incredible new R.O.C. Park - tennis, basketball, baseball sports & event field, and paved walkways that edge Boca Ciega Bay. There is even a splash pad playground for the younger kids. Perfect for early morning & evening strolls & sunset views. We have sports equipment in the condo for your use. Guest access Two bedroom, room for 6. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
