The home is on a quiet non-through street eliminating much of the traffic noise common to many of the streets downtown. 50 Inch Smart UHD Roku - Netflix TV CHECK IN IS 4 PM AND CHECKOUT IS 11 AM. LATE DEPARTURES AND EARLY ARRIVALS WILL BE ACCOMODATED WHEN POSSIBLE.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 350.00 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
