Villa Les Roses is located in a private 6000m² park on the edge of the pretty, lively village of Mézin. Its 300m2 of living space is perfect to accommodate 8 travelers in 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3 are located upstairs and accessible by a wooden staircase, the last one is located on the ground floor with a private bathroom. Air conditioning is even included in the Master Bedroom.

On the ground floor, you enjoy an entrance hall, a living room with TV (cable TV with French and English channels), fireplace (wood included) and sofas, open on the back veranda bathed in light, thus offering a very pleasant sheltered dining area!
The kitchen is the centerpiece of the house. With a central island, very opulent and bright, it has all the essential equipment, including a traditional gas cooking stove, a stone sink, a large built-in fridge and a small laundry room with a second sink. Open onto the veranda, living room, dining room, balcony with gas barbecue and also with direct access to the laundry room in the basement where a second large fridge awaits you.
