Villa Albertina a magic splendid immerse in the Florentine Chianti Tuscan hills the villa is located near the small town of Montespertoli in a quiet position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside of the Chianti area close to Florence and Siena.

The villa can accommodate guests up to 13 people. The space has one bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom with extra handicapped bathroom, there is a living room with fireplace and tv full equipped kitchen, dining area large windows leads out onto the outdoor arch loggia terrace directly on the swimming pool and garden, the solarium area around the pool is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, deck chairs, a gazebo and a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and parties.

Villa Albertina is equipped with WI-FI connection inside and outside by the garden swimming pool area, air conditioning in 5 bedrooms, tv, hairdryer and courtesy set in the bathrooms

On the second floor are 4 spacious bedrooms each with private bathrooms, with large windows each with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding of relaxing view of the villa frame by the cypress trees.The property is accessed along a beautiful cypress avenue that leads to the villa. Parking is inside the property.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
