As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with BlueRay entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen sized beds, another bedroom featuring an addition 2-queen sized beds, and a master bedroom featuring 1-king sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door you'll discover a brand new covered HOT TUB. This pet-friendly and WIFI equipped family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
