The main floor features a large open kitchen - dining - living area with a wraparound breakfast bar plus large dining table, a very comfortable living area with a gas fireplace to cozy up to, a DVD - VHS - Monitor, a card - bumper pool table, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a separate study - quiet room. In addition, the main floor includes the master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plus a full bath en-suite. There is also a separate sauna room, and another 3 - 4 bath. Stepping down into the first floor you'll discover one bedroom with 2-full size beds, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed plus 1-set of bunk beds with a full-size bottom bunk, a family room with a sitting area plus a DVD - VHS - Monitor, and a shuffleboard table, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and one full bath. Just outside the main floor is a privacy deck with a hot tub and a gas grill. Yes, indeed folks...This one truly has it all. This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep up to 11-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
Snowline is a gated community located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.
PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
