Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Cash, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
