Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
