Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
