Comes with internet and TV (access your amazon prime or netflix); well equipped kitchen; chairs, cooler and towels for the beach; linens, sheets and towels. Full kitchen and laundry. NO pets, NO smoking, NoO parties. Easy walking distance to downtown, medical clinics and dentists, shopping and restaurants. Many tours available for fishing, scuba diving snorkeling, sailing, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, whale watching, ecotourism and much, much more. Don't forget the Howler Monkeys. Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 45 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 AM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

No children allowed under 18 years old.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 70.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded. Cancellation 30 - 45 days prior to arrival, guest will receive a 25% refund. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, there's no refund. Cancellation penalty may be reduced if the owner is able to re-rent the nights.
