Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 3 nights rent) will be refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $1,000 is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
