Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Proof of age may be required for all guests.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
