Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
