Shower stall is separate from toilet and sink. Individual air conditioners are installed in each room and are individually controlled. Very bright space with large windows and bug screens on every window. No smoking and no pets please. References will be required.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 5 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 CAD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Parking is free.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 CAD.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 14 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Cheques Preferred. Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
