Good for couples, business travellers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets). Kitchen equipped with Cloths washer, microwave, fridge, and cooking equipment. Free WI-FI. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
