A cute studio unit on the top floor, with a private hot tub that overlooks a beautiful view of Mt Morrisey and the future Sun Peaks ice skating rink. Outside on your balcony, you also have a barbeque so you can enjoy a nice summer cookout. This home features a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, tile and wood flooring throughout, and a large flatscreen TV in the living area. This home has a queen-sized murphy bed, and a double-sized sofabed, making this property able to sleep up to 4 people. Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in - ski-out access across the entire resort, and is often the most desired property location. If you're an avid skier or boarder, this will be the ideal vacation spot for you. This complex is just across the street from the Sports Complex, which features a soccer field, children's playground, tennis courts, and will be home to the new ice skating rink for the 2020 - 2021 winter season. Snow Creek Village offers extreme convenience for those looking to have a fun and active holiday. Following the valley trail past the Sports Complex leads directly to the main village, less than a 2 minute walk away. At the top of the village is the Play Area which in the summer has a picnic table, cornhole (AKA beanbag toss), table tennis, a giant chess set - checkboard, and occasionally giant Connect-4. At the base of the village is the Village Day Lodge and Guest Services. In the winter this is where you'd purchase lift tickets (if you haven't preordered!) and in the summer this is the Golf Pro Shop. Behind the Day Lodge is the Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts. Ski-in access is by way of the Gentle Giant run (which is connected to both Sundance and Rambler, among others) where you can take a turnoff to the backside of the complex or follow along through the valley trail to the complex's entrance (between Timberline). You could also take Rambler to the Mt Morrisey Connector and take the run to the Sundance Estates and cut in to the valley trail that way as well.

Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included. 

This is a pet friendly property, so if you'd like to bring your fuzzy family member please leave a note while making your booking request. A non-refundable pet fee of $25+tax will apply which covers the entire duration of your stay. This home is limited to a maximum of 1 large dog, 1 small dog. 

Please note that the rates apply to 2 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 4, an extra person fee may apply.
