Conveniently situated 20 minutes South of Castries, the Island’s Capital City, 40 minutes South of Pigeon Island National Park and 55 minutes North of the majestic Pitons, The Villa is an exclusive “Home away from Home”. Our St. Lucian managers are one phone call away to provide you with everything you need, from dinner reservations to island adventure tours, excursions and activities (sailing, diving, snorkelling, horseback riding, zip lining, sightseeing, etc…). High above Marigot Bay, The Villa commands not only a fabulous view but also benefits from a continual natural cool mountain breeze. Here, there is no need for air-conditioners (even if we have AIR CONDITIONING in each of our 5 bedrooms!) and no fear of any mosquitoes. To help you enjoy the natural beauty of our island in your own privacy, each of the five comfortable bedrooms of The Villa is appointed with a high ceiling (for the wonderful light!), Wi-Fi, private bathroom, hair dryer, queen-size bed, table, chairs, dresser and ceiling fan. From breakfast to dinner, relax to the gentle sounds of the waves, birds in the trees, and a superb view of the sailboats in the bay. Our Villa was specifically designed to reflect the delightful mix of the island’s rich French and English Colonial heritage, while keeping the accent on laid-back Caribbean comfort. The Villa really is a special hideaway for lovers, honeymooners, friends and family located within a 10-minute walk from the beach and the 7 restaurants of Marigot Bay. No effort has been spared to make this a most unique experience for you, your friends or your family. With our fully equipped kitchen, our enjoyable BBQ area, our comfortable living room (TV, DVD, etc…), our 10-seater dining room and our five private and spacious bedrooms, The Villa is about as far away from conventional, all inclusive and tourist resorts as you can get… and our special guests wouldn’t have it any other way. Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
