Welcome to our luxurious villa on the Black Sea. The villa is part of “Bay View Villas- Luxury Apartments & Villas”. It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is situated 2.9 km inland from the Sea. It is newly build large detached two- story villa. Up to four people can sleep comfortable in the villa. Fully fitted integrated kitchen has all essential appliances and equipment to make you feel "Home away from home". Dining room is equipped with a table for six people. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious. There is an additional W - C with toilet and basin. The villa is furnished with luxury furniture made from solid oak. It aims to provide guests with a unique experience in luxury and relaxation. This area combines quiet seclusion of the Balkan Mountain and Black Sea and it is famous with its fresh air. Guests also have access to the following amenities free of charge: Pedestrian-only streets throughout the complex. For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.75 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
No security/damage deposit is required.
