Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Cancellation 15 - 29 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 14 or fewer days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 GBP is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 7 pm. Key is provided at check in.
