House Rule

We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration * A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted. * A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access. * An estimated time of arrival. * A signed Group registration and Â£50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions. * A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless itâ€™s a family. Please note although you have paid a Â£100 security deposit to Airbnb we will still require Â£50 per person as stated. No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block if our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund For guests staying more than 7 nights Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoice
