There is also a restaurant so you can eat without leaving the resort. Publix - grocery store is 3minutedrive away and you can utilize Instacart or WeGoShop for home grocery delivery. Arrange ahead and have your grocery shopping done for you and food available at the house as you arrive. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 120 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. $750.00 When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 6 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 10 Adults., Maximum of 8 Children.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 350.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
